The Raiders will head into next week's Annual League Meetings in Arizona closing in on a potential move to Las Vegas. Though it's not a full certainty, the expectation is the 32 owners will vote on whether the Las Vegas Raiders is in the NFL's future.
With the 9th pick in the 2017 NFL draft, the Cincinnati Bengals select...Jonathan Allen, DE, Alabama.
This might not be the biggest need for the Bengals but if Allen is still on the board it's a no-brainer. He's a top 5 prospect in this class and could easily be drafted in the top 3. Allen is a big athlete that can play inside or outside. The main concern with him though is injury history. He's had multiple shoulder injuries at Alabama and that could easily drop him come draft day. Either way, he's an elite player when on the field and would be a major boost for the D-line in Cincinnati.
The Buffalo Bills are now on the clock!
Former Bears WR #alshonjeffery signed a one year deal with the Eagles earlier this free agency, giving #carsonwentz a true go to WR.
The Eagles desperately needed a big playmaker on the outside and they now have that with huge upside from Alshon. The only downside to Jefferey is injuries, as he has missed 6 games in his rookie season, along with 7 games in 2015, while also sitting out 4 games last season due to suspension.
Alshon has been super productive when healthy, averaging 9 targets a game over the last four seasons in the games he has played. He was a huge playmaker for #JayCutler and the Bears during his time in Chicago, and will look to help a lackluster Eagles recieving core. Alshon will likely be in the WR1 consideration for next season and should be off the board in rounds 2-3.
